As interns arrive at Georgetown University, the energy is high, and everyone is excited for the week to come. Interns arrive throughout the day and slowly begin to mingle as they greet each other. When going on explorations with strangers in different areas of Georgetown, strangers quickly become friends. At 4 p.m., all interns were brought together in their individual program shirts and attended an Introduction to Leadership Initiatives presentation about the program and to
