Then, once the afternoon hit, the day led to combined international learning with collaborative project development, as interns continued to expand both their global awareness and consulting experience. Through embassy visits, time exploring Washington, D.C., and interactive workshops, students gained new perspectives while making significant progress on their business recommendations.

Interns visited one of three Embassies, either Kenya, Denmark, or Zimbabwe, where they learned how diplomacy strengthens international relationships and promotes cooperation between nations.

At the Embassy of Kenya, students explored Kenya's growing economy, diverse culture, and leadership within East Africa. Embassy representatives discussed the country's expanding technology sector, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong partnerships with the United States while highlighting Kenya's role in promoting regional development and international collaboration. Then at the Embassy of Denmark, interns learned about Denmark's commitment to sustainability, innovation, and global cooperation. Representatives shared how Denmark collaborates with countries worldwide to address challenges such as climate change, renewable energy, and economic development, while emphasizing the importance of diplomacy in fostering strong international partnerships. Lastly, at the Embassy of Zimbabwe, students gained insight into Zimbabwe's history, cultural heritage, and developing economy. Embassy representatives discussed the country's natural resources, tourism industry, and international relationships, while highlighting the role diplomacy plays in encouraging investment, cultural exchange, and economic growth.

After returning to Georgetown, interns transitioned into the Wednesday workshops, where they continued refining their consulting projects while presenting their progress to experienced professionals. Wendy Zajack worked with the marketing teams, while Adedoyin Akande reviewed presentations from the infrastructure teams, providing valuable feedback to help strengthen each group's final recommendations. Between presentations, teams collaborated to revise their proposals and apply suggestions they had received throughout the week. At the same time, Program Director Zac Clark and Assistant Director Danielle Saborio met with the marketing teams to review marketing materials, while Country Director Umar Muhammad and Assistant Director Annie Jin worked alongside the infrastructure teams to further develop their project recommendations.

The afternoon concluded with a walk to dinner, allowing interns to relax, reflect on the day's experiences, and continue conversations with teammates before preparing for another day of leadership development and global learning.
